Before joining C & K, Steve served as a Senior Compliance Lead with Aetna Medicare, where he developed extensive expertise in CMS regulations, carrier operations, and enterprise-level compliance. Today, he brings that invaluable perspective to our organization bridging the gap between carrier expectations and the independent agent experience.
His mission extends far beyond reviewing regulations. Steve works to build a culture where compliance creates confidence, ethical marketing builds trust, and every decision is made with the client's best interest at heart.
